Seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team, focusing on Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL. This role involves building high-performance web applications and leading a development team to ensure project success and uphold best practices.

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications. Oversee front-end development with ReactJS for engaging user experiences. Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot. Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases. Deploy and manage applications on JBoss or Tomcat. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers. Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.

Proven Full Stack Developer experience with Java Spring Boot and ReactJS expertise. Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design and management. Experience deploying applications on JBoss or Tomcat servers. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with Git version control. Excellent problem-solving abilities are essential.

Experience in governance or PDS engagements for any State or Ministry is preferred.
