Join our team as a Backend Developer specializing in Java, contributing to the advancement of digital healthcare solutions. This consulting role focuses on the implementation and continuous improvement of the eHospital NextGen platform within government healthcare institutions.

You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including healthcare administrators, state health departments, clinicians, and technical teams, to ensure the platform effectively supports healthcare delivery and digital transformation goals.

Your role will involve supporting the implementation and enhancement of the eHospital NextGen platform. This includes facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

You will provide essential domain expertise on healthcare workflows, patient management, and eGovernance initiatives. Key activities also encompass supporting configuration, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment planning to ensure a smooth rollout and effective stabilization.

We are seeking a Backend Developer with a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) and at least 3 years of experience in implementing government healthcare applications, eGovernance programs, or Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of HIS, EHR, and various healthcare operational workflows. Experience with ABDM, NHCX, and government healthcare projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with business process analysis, requirement management, solution design, and API/system integration is crucial for success in this role.
