Seeking a skilled MSME Expert to advance the PM Vishwakarma Scheme. This role focuses on empowering traditional artisans and craftspeople through robust enterprise development, enhanced access to finance, improved market connections, and comprehensive capacity building. The expert will collaborate with government bodies, financial institutions, and grassroots teams to achieve program objectives.

The position involves strengthening artisan enterprises to boost productivity and income, ensuring sustainable growth. A key aspect is facilitating access to credit, skill enhancement, digital tools, and effective branding and packaging strategies.

Provide expert guidance on MSME development, entrepreneurship, and government initiatives for artisans.

Oversee the implementation and monitoring of PM Vishwakarma interventions at the state and district levels.

Facilitate beneficiary access to credit, skill training, digital enablement, and market opportunities.

Develop strategies for enterprise growth and sustainability.

Coordinate with banks, government agencies, and industry associations.

Analyze program data, generate reports, and track key performance indicators.

Conduct field visits to ensure quality implementation and assess beneficiary impact.

Document best practices and contribute to policy recommendations.

A postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Commerce, Social Sciences, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field is required.

An MBA or PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Rural Management, or Entrepreneurship is advantageous.

Significant experience (5-10 years) in MSME development, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, livelihoods, or government schemes is essential.

Prior experience with government departments, development programs, financial institutions, or NGOs is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for this role.
