This role involves managing and optimizing Apache NiFi clusters, ensuring their robust performance, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for installation, configuration, tuning, and migration of NiFi environments. A strong understanding of high availability and disaster recovery is key.

The position also extends into DevOps practices, focusing on Kubernetes for container orchestration. You will implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure-as-code, and monitor microservices within Kubernetes environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is expected.

- Manage and administer Apache NiFi clusters, including installation, configuration, tuning, and migration. - Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of NiFi environments. - Monitor data flows, performance, and logs using tools like Prometheus/Grafana. - Handle upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery for NiFi. - Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD. - Maintain and optimize Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/Ansible. - Monitor and manage microservices and infrastructure within Kubernetes clusters.

- Proven experience in Apache NiFi administration (1.x versions). - Strong understanding of NiFi Registry, version control, and flow development. - Working experience with Kubernetes (EKS/on-prem) and Docker. - Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. - Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack. - Familiarity with scripting languages, especially Bash and Python. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
