Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated enterprise applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Construct and integrate robust RESTful APIs and backend services tailored to meet the specific needs of the Banking & Capital Markets sector.

Actively contribute to Axiom-related implementations, drive enhancements, and manage integrations to support critical regulatory reporting functions.

Translate intricate functional and technical requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

Work proficiently with relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, to craft optimized queries and enhance application performance.

Implement advanced messaging and asynchronous processing solutions using technologies like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Participate actively in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution to uphold superior application quality.

Collaborate effectively with business analysts, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with banking and regulatory mandates.

Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and application deployments using tools such as Jenkins.

A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience in Java backend development or enterprise application development is essential.

Demonstrated strong proficiency in core Java technologies including Java, J2SE/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA.

Proven hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, alongside expertise in REST API development and integration.

Prior experience within the Banking & Capital Markets domain, with a preference for roles involving regulatory reporting, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Axiom regulatory reporting solutions and an understanding of applicable regulatory requirements are key.

Possess a strong understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Exposure to messaging technologies like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ is beneficial.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines facilitated by Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected.
