As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying robust backend applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot. Your responsibilities include crafting enterprise-grade microservices, building efficient RESTful APIs, and rigorously applying software engineering best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering high-quality, maintainable applications that meet business needs.

We are seeking a backend development expert with a deep understanding of software design principles and extensive experience in cloud-native technologies. Essential skills include 3-9 years of Java backend development experience, proficiency in Java (8+/17+) and Spring Boot, and a strong track record in microservices architecture. You should be adept at RESTful API design, understand core software engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, OOP), and have practical experience with GoF Design Patterns. Experience with Spring AOP for cross-cutting concerns, unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is crucial.
