You will conduct ESG maturity assessments and benchmarking against leading frameworks. Your role involves supporting sustainability disclosures aligned with regulations like BRSR, GRI, ISSB, and others. You'll collect, validate, and analyze ESG data, developing performance indicators and dashboards. Developing ESG strategies, policies, and implementation roadmaps will be key. You will also research emerging ESG regulations and sector trends, prepare client-ready reports, and coordinate with various client functions for project execution. Contributing to business development activities, including proposal preparation, is also part of the role.

A Masters degree in Climate Change is required for this role, along with 2 years of relevant experience.
