This Consultant role is part of the National Assurance ASU team, focusing on Audit Standards and Methodologies in Gurgaon.

The ASU team within Assurance aims to inspire confidence and trust by protecting the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting economic growth. Our service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury solutions.

In this role, you will drive technical excellence through proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and validation. You will leverage Python for automating data preparation, analysis, and audit testing. The position involves building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to clearly present audit findings and key risk indicators. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining repeatable data workflows in Alteryx to streamline audit analytics and standard methodologies, with exposure to Databricks for large-scale data processing in modern cloud environments.

To excel in this role, you must possess demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and Databricks. A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a Bachelor of Commerce is required, alongside a Master of Business Administration. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. Candidates should exhibit a practical approach to problem-solving, deliver insightful solutions, and possess qualities like agility, curiosity, and creativity. The ability to collaborate effectively across departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements is essential.
