Join our Assurance – Advisory team as a Consultant in Bengaluru, specializing in Controls, IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics. You will play a crucial role in driving functional excellence and supporting innovation and long-term growth within the Assurance practice.

Review and test IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls (ITAC) within ERP systems, including SAP and non-SAP environments. Develop and execute automated control testing and perform integrated control testing (IPE). Assess IT infrastructure controls, including operating systems and databases. Understand and map business process controls to ERP systems, and proficiently handle deficiency management, including mitigation and remediation testing.

Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and gain exposure to risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements. Stay abreast of emerging technologies like Cloud and AI/ML, and their associated risks.

This role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ITGC, ITAC, automated control testing, and IPE for SAP/Non-SAP systems. A strong understanding of IT audit and control frameworks such as ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001 is essential. Proficiency in ERP-based control testing and infrastructure testing (OS/DB) is required.

We are looking for candidates with a solid grasp of business process controls and their integration with ERP systems, alongside experience in deficiency handling. Candidates should possess experience in reviewing control design and operating effectiveness, with exposure to risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with emerging technologies like Cloud, and AI/ML is beneficial.

Academic qualifications include a Graduation/B.E/B.Tech in any specialization. Desirable certifications include CISA, CISSP, or CRISC. Essential soft skills encompass strong stakeholder management, effective communication, demonstrated team leadership, and proficient issue-resolution capabilities, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
