Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in Supply Chain & Network Operations in Noida. You will play a key role in transforming enterprise technology, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation.

This position is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, focusing on enhancing supply chain solutions for our clients.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze existing systems, design future-state solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes.

Analyze and assess existing BY solutions for migration to Cognitive Planning, and lead business process analysis.

Design and build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos in collaboration with presales and solution demo teams. Develop reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation lifecycles and reduce errors.

Prepare and deliver presentations to various audience levels, and assist Project Managers with planning efforts. Communicate business cases and product enhancement trends to relevant management teams.

Create and modify project documentation, including detailed task plans. Develop and execute test scripts to ensure software meets business objectives and develops functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.

Ensure knowledge transfer to customer project teams, act as a thought leader in your solution area, and provide advice on industry best practices. Offer non-technical support during go-live phases and knowledge transition.

Provide primary user support, verify system functions, and maintain data integrity. Prepare and conduct solution training for internal and external stakeholders. Guide support services in addressing technical issues and perform new product solution validation, including end-to-end data flow and performance testing.

Requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant delivering supply chain solutions. Prior experience with BY/JDA solutions or implementing similar supply chain planning software is preferred.

An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred. A Bachelor's degree combined with relevant industry experience may be considered.

Possess a strong understanding of various i2/BY/JDA solutions (Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO) and their configuration. Demonstrable experience with i2/BY/JDA planning solutions or comparable supply chain planning software is essential.

Experience in demand and supply planning for Manufacturing and/or Retail industry segments is required. Consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.

Working experience with AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages is expected. Understanding of time series forecasting, databases, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS platforms, and DevOps operations is also necessary.

Strong business analysis skills are crucial, along with an understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, and tactical planning. An APICS industry certification is beneficial.

Exhibit the ability to lead discussions on both functional processes and technical concepts effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, resolving issues proactively.

Possess highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently and efficiently. Passion for new technologies and a proven ability to learn quickly, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are vital.
