We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze and optimize existing BY solutions, guiding clients through migration to Cognitive Planning. The position offers a dynamic environment where you will contribute to cutting-edge projects within the supply chain and network operations domain.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and assessing customer BY solutions for migration to Cognitive Planning, leading business process analysis, and crafting functional specifications. You will design and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos in collaboration with presales and solution teams.

Develop reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation lifecycles, reduce post-go-live errors, and optimize support operations. Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, from users to executives, and assist Project Managers with planning efforts.

Communicate business cases for future product functionality and enhancements. Create and update project documentation, including detailed task breakdowns within project plans. Develop and execute test scripts to ensure BY software meets business objectives and design functional specifications for modifications and reports.

We are looking for a seasoned Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant in supply chain solutions. Prior experience with BY/JDA/i2 solutions, either as a customer or through implementation, is highly preferred.

An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is desired, though a combination of a Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience may be considered. Familiarity with multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions and their configurations is essential, alongside demonstrable experience with supply chain planning solutions.

Experience in demand and supply planning for the retail sector is a plus, as is consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning tools. Working knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages, along with an understanding of time series forecasting, databases, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS platforms, and DevOps is required.

Strong business analysis skills, an understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, and tactical planning awareness are necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently and proactively, are crucial. The ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills is expected. Flexibility to work across overlapping time zones is also a requirement.
