As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in assessing and migrating existing customer solutions, contributing to the design and construction of impactful projects. You will also play a key role in developing reusable assets and creating compelling demonstrations.

This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to future product enhancements.

Analyze and assess existing customer BY solutions for migration to Cognitive Planning. Lead business process analysis and design phases, translating findings into functional specifications.

Develop customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demos in collaboration with presales and solution teams. Create templates and artifacts to enhance reusability, automation, and reduce implementation lifecycles.

Prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive levels. Assist Project Managers with planning efforts and support business case development.

Create and maintain procedural and system documentation. Develop detailed project task plans and execute test scripts to ensure software meets business objectives.

Provide expert advice on industry best practices and process methodology. Offer non-technical support during go-live periods and knowledge transition. Perform solution validation, data flow, and performance testing, raising tickets for defects and enhancements.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant delivering supply chain solutions is essential. Experience with BY/JDA/i2 or similar solutions, either as a customer or implementation consultant, is highly preferred.

An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is ideal. A Bachelor's degree coupled with relevant industry experience may be considered.

Possess a strong understanding of multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions (e.g., Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO) and their configuration. Demonstrable experience with supply chain planning solutions like O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP is also valued.

Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages is required. Understanding of time series forecasting, databases, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS platforms, and DevOps operations is necessary.

Key attributes include strong business analysis skills, a solid grasp of SCM concepts, and an awareness of tactical planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and independent work style, are crucial. A passion for new technologies and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly are highly desired.
