Join Deloitte as a Consultant, serving as a PMO Coordinator within our Finance Transformation and Strategy team. Oversee end-to-end project management and operations, leveraging both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding and tracking project cost elements including budgeting, accruals, forecasting, variance analysis, and landing estimates. This includes managing vendor costs (CAPEX/OPEX) and preparing key project management deliverables like Project Charters, Plans, Risk/Issue trackers, Communication Plans, and Stakeholder Maps.

Drive overall governance, standardize processes, and develop insightful reports and dashboards. Optimize resource utilization, manage knowledge, organize training, and maintain quality document management. Ensure effective status reporting, maintain change logs, and manage contingency, project costs, schedule, risks, and scope.

We require 5 to 10 years of experience in project management. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Business Administration (BBA) is mandatory. Candidates must possess proven experience in project finance management, governance, quality management, reporting insights, and stakeholder management.

A strong understanding of SDLC phases and deliverables is essential, along with prior hands-on experience in project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, accruals, and variance analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience in administrative PMO tasks like resource or account management is not the focus.

Preferred qualifications include a Project Management certification and hands-on experience with project management tools such as ADO, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or Clarity. Experience with Power BI reporting, ServiceNow-ITBM, vendor management, SharePoint, and the energy sector is also advantageous.
