Oversee project management and operations from inception to completion. Understand and apply Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and landing estimates. Track actual costs against budgets and develop precise landing cost projections. Comprehend vendor cost elements (CAPEX/OPEX) and prepare essential project management deliverables such as Project Charters, Plans, Risk/Issue Trackers, Communication Plans, and Stakeholder Maps.
Ensure overall governance and standardize processes. Create insightful, accurate, and timely reports and dashboards for effective communication. Optimize resource utilization and manage knowledge sharing, including organizing training sessions. Maintain documentation, change logs, and high-quality data. Drive contingency management, cost control, schedule adherence, and monitor project risks and scope.
We seek candidates with 5 to 10 years of dedicated project management experience. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Business Administration (BBA) is required. Proficiency in project finance management, governance, quality assurance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement is essential. A strong understanding of SDLC phases and deliverables is a must.
Prior experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, accruals, and variance analysis, is critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite. Experience that is purely administrative PMO work (e.g., resource or account management) is not suitable for this role. A project management certification is preferred, as is hands-on experience with tools like ADO, Monday.com, Jira, MPP, or Clarity.
