Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an Operational PMO Coordinator, contributing to Finance Transformation and Strategy initiatives. Manage projects end-to-end, applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis, ensuring costs align with landing estimates and CAPEX/OPEX components. Prepare essential project management deliverables like Charters, Plans, Risk and Issue trackers, Communication Plans, and Stakeholder Maps.

Drive governance and standardize processes, creating insightful reports and dashboards for effective communication. Optimize resource utilization, manage knowledge, and organize training sessions. Maintain quality data, track changes, and control project costs and schedules while managing risks and scope.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 10 years of project management experience, holding a BE/B.Tech or BBA degree. Essential skills include expertise in project finance management, governance, quality management, reporting and analysis, and stakeholder management. A strong understanding of SDLC phases and prior hands-on experience with project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost management, accruals, variance analysis) are crucial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Experience in administrative PMO functions such as resource or account management is not the focus. A project management certification, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, MS Project), and experience with Power BI, ServiceNow ITBM, or SharePoint are advantageous. Familiarity with the Energy sector is a plus.
