Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Consultant, specializing in Application and Platform Management (APM) and Cyber Project Management (PM). This role is integral to our Finance Transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing finance strategy through robust cybersecurity practices. You will be instrumental in driving the governance and portfolio management of global Cybersecurity and Information Security projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology goals.

We are seeking individuals familiar with key security solutions like Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), as well as concepts such as VAPT, Zero Trust, Data Security, CIAM, and SIEM. A strong understanding of security's role in enterprise project management and regulatory compliance is crucial. You will contribute to the engine that drives functional excellence and enables innovation for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include managing the governance and portfolio of global Cybersecurity and InfoSec projects, driving adherence to SDLC project life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and supporting project planning using MS Project and other PM tools. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining essential project deliverables such as Project Charters, Schedules, RAID Logs, and budget trackers.

Further duties involve ensuring proper project governance, preparing accurate project dashboards and reports, and maintaining a centralized repository for project documentation. You will track progress, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple cybersecurity projects, facilitate prioritization, resource planning, and KPI tracking. Supporting internal audits, compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and cross-functional steering committee meetings are also part of this role.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 3-6 years of experience in IT/Information Security project or program management. Experience within a PMO in a large global organization is highly preferred.

Essential qualifications include a strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF), and controls. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or ServiceNow is required. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
