You will lead a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the evaluation of complex business challenges and the development of effective solutions that align with stakeholder needs and product backlog maturity. Your expertise will be crucial in communicating the impact of changes across teams and downstream stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

This position involves supporting UK and European business projects, encompassing both new and existing product functionalities. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of business analyst activities throughout the project lifecycle. Strong relationship management skills are essential to maintain superior client service and collaborate effectively with various business contacts.

Lead Business Analysts in analyzing and evaluating customer business problems, developing impactful solutions, and managing the product backlog. Ensure that the team produces accurate data dictionaries and thoroughly documents business processes within the Transfer Agency. Drive the analysis and support of new and existing product functionalities for UK and European business projects, spanning the entire project lifecycle.

Cultivate strong relationships with business contacts to ensure exceptional client service. Understand complex business issues and their technical implications. Perform comprehensive data analysis, create data mappings, and act as a data owner, understanding the end-to-end journey from both business and data perspectives. Analyze the impact of upstream changes on data and effectively communicate downstream implications.

Demonstrated ability to understand intricate business issues and their technical ramifications. Proficiency in data analysis, including producing data mappings between diverse data and reporting platforms. Experience acting as a data owner, comprehending the entire business and data journey. Skills in writing user stories, facilitating solution discussions, and leading story walkthroughs are essential. Proven experience in extensive data analysis to derive business insights.
