As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated applications using Oracle APEX. Your expertise will be vital in translating business needs into robust technical solutions.

Develop and maintain applications using Oracle APEX, including complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages. Create interactive reports, dashboards, forms, and charts within Oracle APEX. Integrate APEX applications with REST APIs and external systems, while also developing and consuming RESTful Web Services.

Address application enhancements, bug fixes, and provide production support. Optimize application performance and database queries. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Participate in code reviews, adhere to development best practices, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation. Support application testing, UAT, and production deployments, ensuring application security and data integrity.

A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development is essential. Proficiency with Oracle APEX versions 19.x through 23.x or later, alongside strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle Database versions 12c, 19c, or 21c is required. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery is expected.

Demonstrated experience in developing Interactive Reports, Interactive Grids, Forms, and Dashboards. Experience with REST APIs and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) is necessary. Knowledge of database performance tuning and SQL optimization is key. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies are also required.
