Develop and deploy Anaplan solutions for Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and other business planning needs, with dedicated training for newcomers.

Translate complex business processes and planning requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions and functional requirements.

Contribute to project delivery, ensuring high-quality Anaplan implementations, and support all phases from requirement workshops to user training.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify business challenges and recommend process improvements.

Apply functional knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP&A, or Supply Chain to build effective planning, forecasting, and reporting tools.

Drive delivery efficiency, contribute to project management, and participate in team development and continuous improvement efforts.

We are seeking individuals with 0-3 years of experience in Anaplan implementation, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Costing, Supply Chain Planning, or related fields. Freshers with relevant academic or professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will possess a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification, preferably including CA, CMA, MBA/PGDM (Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain), B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degrees.

A strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, costing, profitability analysis, and supply chain concepts is essential.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen aptitude for working with data, numbers, business processes, and technology.

Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial for articulating business requirements and interacting with stakeholders.

While not mandatory for entry-level roles, prior Anaplan experience, Anaplan certification, consulting background, or exposure to ERP/EPM systems will be advantageous. A willingness to learn Anaplan and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment is key.
