Your responsibilities will involve crafting and deploying Anaplan solutions tailored to Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and other planning domains. You will analyze business processes, understand planning needs, and document data flows to inform functional requirements and Anaplan model development.

Depending on your experience, you'll participate in or lead project delivery activities, ensuring high-quality and timely implementations. This includes supporting sprint planning, conducting requirement workshops, designing solutions, demonstrating capabilities to clients, performing testing, creating documentation, and delivering user training.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify business challenges and propose process improvements. Leveraging your knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP&A, or Supply Chain, you'll build robust planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. Additionally, you'll contribute to team learning, project management, and ongoing process enhancements.

We are seeking individuals with 0-3 years of experience in Anaplan implementation, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Costing, Management Accounting, Supply Chain Planning, or Business Planning. Freshers with relevant academic qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates possess a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification, such as CA, CMA, MBA/PGDM (Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain), B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent. A solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, costing, profitability analysis, working capital, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an aptitude for working with data, numbers, business processes, and technology, are crucial. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder interaction skills are required to effectively understand and articulate business needs. For experienced candidates, hands-on Anaplan model development, solution design, implementation, and/or project delivery experience will be advantageous.

We value individuals with the ability and willingness to learn Anaplan and other planning technologies, manage multiple priorities in a consulting setting. Prior exposure to FP&A, Financial Planning, Management Accounting, Costing, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/IBP, Demand Planning, or related business processes is preferred.

Anaplan certification or prior Anaplan exposure is beneficial for experienced applicants but not mandatory for entry-level roles. Candidates pursuing or holding qualifications like CA, CMA, or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain, with strong analytical and business-process understanding, will be prioritized for entry-level positions. Consulting, ERP/EPM, financial modeling, advanced Excel, data analysis, or project management experience will be considered a significant advantage. This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
