Engage in OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support projects, meticulously gathering and documenting business requirements.

Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation, while configuring and supporting OMS workflows for order capture, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications, supporting solution design and recommending process improvements.

Coordinate with Development, QA, and Integration teams, supporting integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways, and validating APIs.

Assist in functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking using Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and production readiness.

Provide functional support for production issues, performing root cause analysis and supporting change requests and release activities, while maintaining project documentation and knowledge repositories.

We are looking for candidates with 3–6 years of IT experience, ideally with prior exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) implementation, enhancement, testing, or production support.

Experience within the retail or eCommerce domains is highly preferred, along with exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

A solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps concepts, and familiarity with microservices-based applications are beneficial, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, possess strong organizational and documentation abilities, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
