Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as an AMS Support & Delivery Consultant in Bengaluru. Analyze and design end-to-end OMS business processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Document detailed business and functional requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Collaborate effectively with Business, Development, QA, and Production Support teams to ensure project success. Configure and support OMS enhancements, alongside managing system integrations to optimize performance. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously review test cases, and actively manage defect resolution. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and provide timely support for resolution. Validate data using SQL and APIs, and support smooth release deployments. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and proactively recommend process improvements.

We seek a professional with a strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and the complete order lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, and Exception Management is crucial. Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing tools like Postman is essential. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and various system integration approaches is required. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary. We require 3–6 years of relevant experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects. Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must. Familiarity with platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS is highly desirable. Previous experience in OMS implementation, enhancement, integration, or production support projects is preferred.
