Engage in OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support.

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.

Configure and support OMS workflows, covering order capture, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, returns, and more.

Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design and process improvements.

Coordinate with Development, QA, and Integration teams throughout project lifecycles.

Support integrations with various systems like ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways.

Conduct functional testing, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing, and manage defect tracking.

Provide functional support for production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.

Assist with change requests, enhancements, and release activities, ensuring all documentation is maintained.

We are seeking an IT professional with 3-6 years of experience, ideally with a background in Order Management Systems. Prior involvement in OMS implementation, enhancement, testing, or production support is essential.

Experience within the retail or eCommerce sectors is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, along with an understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, will be advantageous.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
