Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Consultant in AMS Support & Delivery, based in Bengaluru. We are looking for individuals to drive innovation and long-term growth through robust enterprise technology solutions.

Analyze and design end-to-end OMS business processes, gathering and documenting essential requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, and Production Support.

Configure and support OMS enhancements, manage system integrations, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Perform root cause analysis for production issues and validate data using SQL and APIs. Support release deployments and recommend process improvements.

A strong foundation in Order Management Systems (OMS) and order lifecycle management is essential. We require hands-on experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, API Testing (Postman), and knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-6 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects, preferably within Agile/Scrum environments, are necessary. Experience with specific OMS platforms like IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
