Key responsibilities include supporting OMS implementation, configuration, enhancements, and maintenance across retail and supply chain domains. You will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and mapping processes to identify optimization opportunities.

Your role will involve hands-on work with order capture, orchestration, sourcing, fulfillment, and managing cancellations and returns. You'll also collaborate with business users and technical teams to clarify needs and resolve functional challenges, ensuring the quality and integrity of our solutions through rigorous testing and support.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, retail technology, or enterprise application delivery, with a strong background in OMS platforms such as Manhattan OMS or IBM Sterling OMS. A solid understanding of OMS implementation, configuration, and support processes is essential, alongside knowledge of omnichannel retail operations including order orchestration and inventory management.

Candidates must possess experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, process mapping, and testing. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations (ERP, WMS, POS, e-commerce), and production support is required.
