Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as an OMS Consultant in Bengaluru. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Order Management Systems within a dynamic Big 4 consulting environment. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful OMS solutions across retail and supply chain sectors.

Key to this position is a deep understanding of OMS functionalities, including order capture, orchestration, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns. You will collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and effective system performance.

Drive OMS implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects, ensuring smooth operation within retail and supply chain settings.

Gather detailed business requirements, document functional specifications, and create process flows to identify areas for operational improvement.

Leverage expertise in order capture, orchestration, sourcing, allocation, inventory visibility, fulfillment, and handling cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and integration partners to clarify needs and resolve functional challenges.

Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for SIT and UAT, meticulously tracking defects and validating resolutions to ensure high-quality solutions.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, retail technology, supply chain, or enterprise application delivery is essential.

Proven experience with leading OMS platforms such as Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active Omni or IBM Sterling OMS is required.

Demonstrated understanding of OMS implementation, configuration, enhancement, and application support processes.

Solid knowledge of omnichannel retail processes, order orchestration, inventory management, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, functional documentation, process mapping, and test case preparation.

Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.

Experience with SIT, UAT, defect tracking, release coordination, and production issue resolution is expected.
