Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Consultant in Bengaluru. This role focuses on AMS Support & Delivery, driving the success of enterprise technology that powers functional excellence and innovation. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our technology solutions are engines for long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Take the lead on comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support. You will define strategic solutions, manage project lifecycles including timelines and risks, and coordinate resources effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business, Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure to build scalable OMS solutions. This involves overseeing all aspects from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and release.

Drive robust production support processes, including incident management and root cause analysis, while championing continuous improvement. Adherence to SDLC, Agile principles, governance, and quality standards is paramount. You'll also mentor teams, foster their growth, and provide clear, executive-level project status updates.

We are seeking an expert in Order Management Systems (OMS) with deep knowledge of the end-to-end order lifecycle. Experience in Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, Pricing, and system integrations is essential.

Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, Jira, Confluence, and API testing is required. You should have a track record of managing large-scale OMS implementations and transformation programs, coupled with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making abilities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary. Domain experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain, along with proven team and project leadership, is crucial. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies, and experience with specific OMS platforms like IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is highly beneficial. Experience with cloud OMS, Azure integrations, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
