Join our dynamic Technology Strategy & Transformation team in Bengaluru as an AMS Support & Delivery Consultant. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation through enterprise technology solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring they act as a powerful engine for business growth and operational efficiency.

Engage in OMS implementation, enhancement, and production support, translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Configure and manage OMS workflows, including order capture, fulfillment, and inventory allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, recommend process improvements, and ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Coordinate with Development, QA, and Integration teams, supporting integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, and payment gateways. Assist in API validation and end-to-end testing, troubleshoot functional and integration issues, and execute test cases. Track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps and validate fixes for production readiness.

Provide functional support for production issues, conducting root cause analysis for recurring problems. Manage change requests, system enhancements, and release activities. Maintain project documentation, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with 3–6 years of IT experience, specifically with Order Management Systems (OMS) implementation, enhancement, testing, or support. Retail or eCommerce domain experience is advantageous. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure/AWS, CI/CD, DevOps concepts, and microservices-based applications is a plus.

Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Solid organizational and documentation skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
