Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Consultant in Bengaluru. This role is key to enhancing enterprise technology, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation and long-term growth.

As a Consultant in AMS Support & Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and supporting end-to-end OMS business processes. You'll be instrumental in gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating across various teams, and ensuring seamless system operations.

Your core responsibilities will involve analyzing, designing, and supporting end-to-end OMS business processes. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, collaborating effectively with Business, Development, QA, and Production Support teams.

Key duties include configuring and supporting OMS enhancements and system integrations, coordinating UAT, reviewing test cases, and managing defect resolution. You will also perform root cause analysis for production issues and support their resolution. Data validation using SQL and APIs, supporting release deployments, and preparing project documentation are also essential parts of this role. Furthermore, you will recommend process improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.

We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and the complete order lifecycle. Experience in Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Returns, and Exception Management is crucial.

Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and API Testing tools like Postman is required. A good grasp of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations is essential. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, coupled with 3–6 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with specific OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus, as is experience in OMS implementation, enhancement, integration, or production support projects.
