Seeking experienced Senior Consultants to lead structured discovery initiatives within complex enterprise environments. This role focuses on identifying and translating business and operational challenges into practical AI opportunities. It's a hybrid position, blending consulting expertise, process transformation, AI knowledge, and strong stakeholder management. The ideal candidate can navigate ambiguity from a business problem to a defined use case, a quantified value hypothesis, and a clear implementation roadmap.

The role is instrumental in driving AI-led transformation programs across engineering, business operations, and enterprise functions.

Key responsibilities include leading business and process discovery, identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities, and developing compelling business cases and value stories. You will be responsible for designing future-state solutions and creating client-ready proposals while effectively managing stakeholders and overseeing delivery.

This position requires the ability to lead client and stakeholder discovery workshops, leveraging strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous business problems into actionable work plans. Experience with process mapping (BPMN), operating model analysis, and requirements gathering is essential for designing future-state solutions.

Candidates should possess approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, business transformation, process excellence, digital transformation, or AI-enabled transformation. A solid understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and prompt engineering is required.

Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis, assessing AI use-case suitability, and developing business cases, roadmaps, proposals, and executive presentations is crucial. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills are vital. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory. The role requires the ability to work from Pune and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
