Seeking a Contract Expert for an Agri Tech consultancy role in Lucknow. This position focuses on operations and industry domain solutions within the DigiGov initiative. The role involves deep expertise in procurement and contract management, particularly within government frameworks.

Key responsibilities include managing procurement processes and government tendering, with a strong emphasis on GeM procurement. You will be expected to possess sound knowledge of the Cooperative Societies Act, contract/tender law, and state procurement guidelines. Drafting and vetting RFPs, contracts, MoUs, and SLAs are also core duties. Coordination with system integrators and vendors, along with advising on dispute resolution and risk mitigation, will be crucial.

Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management. Specific experience with government tendering and GeM procurement, particularly within the Govt. of UP or Govt. of India and their PSUs, is essential.
