Lead the on-site delivery of cutting-edge AI data center construction projects in Hyderabad, India. This role requires a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely completion.

Collaborate closely with project management, design, procurement, and operations teams to manage civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems. You will be instrumental in maintaining site safety, monitoring progress, managing contractor performance, and resolving construction challenges efficiently.

Ensure the safe and efficient execution of data center construction projects, adhering to approved designs, specifications, and local regulations.

Manage contractor performance and coordinate interfaces between various trades to maintain project schedules and overcome site constraints. Drive the construction process through RFIs, submittals, inspections, and closeout procedures.

Oversee site readiness, logistics, and workface planning, while driving commissioning readiness with operational teams. Maintain a robust reporting cadence on progress, risks, and key escalations.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction delivery is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of MEP and critical systems construction, including the transition to commissioning. Proven ability to manage multiple contractors in demanding environments is key.

Demonstrated expertise in QA/QC processes and documentation. Proficiency with project and document-control platforms like Aconex, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, alongside solid MS Office skills, is required. Fluency in Urdu is also necessary for this role.
