Lead the on-site delivery of cutting-edge AI data center infrastructure projects in Hyderabad, India. This pivotal role offers day-to-day leadership, overseeing construction execution across all critical systems including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, security, and life-safety. You will collaborate closely with project management, design, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams, as well as delivery partners.

The core focus is ensuring safe site operations, vigilant quality and progress monitoring, effective contractor management, seamless coordination of interfaces, and prompt resolution of construction challenges. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing that all work adheres to approved designs, specifications, local regulatory mandates, and project timelines, while facilitating a smooth transition through testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Drive the on-site construction delivery for AI and high-density data center infrastructure, encompassing base build and fit-out readiness, power, cooling, containment, and essential enabling works.

Effectively manage a diverse range of contractors and vendors across CSA, MEP, controls and BMS, fire, security, and specialized packages.

Implement robust construction workflows, including RFIs, submittals, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, progressive turnover, and closeout procedures.

Ensure meticulous coordination of sequencing and interfaces among various trades to safeguard project milestones and swiftly address site constraints.

Take ownership of site readiness and logistics, managing access control, permits, RAMS, workface planning, and maintaining required cleanliness or controlled-environment standards.

Champion commissioning readiness in partnership with commissioning and operations teams, overseeing test preparedness, evidence package compilation, redline markups, as-built documentation, and turnover protocols.

Maintain a disciplined daily and weekly reporting cadence, providing clear updates on progress, look-ahead schedules, identified constraints, potential risks, and necessary escalation items.

Demonstrate proven experience in delivering data center construction and/or mission-critical infrastructure projects in a site leadership capacity.

Possess a strong understanding of MEP and critical systems construction, with a solid grasp of the handover process from construction to commissioning.

Exhibit a strong capability to manage multiple contractors effectively within high-pressure, high-dependency environments.

Uphold a rigorous QA and QC discipline, including proficient documentation for ITPs, inspections, NCRs, and project closeout.

Be proficient with project and document control platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, or similar, complemented by solid MS Office skills.

Ability to commit to full-time work from the Hyderabad project site, with domestic travel as project delivery necessitates.
