We are seeking a Manager - Tech Consulting with a specialization in SAP to join our national team. This role is integral to building a better working world by driving impactful business transformations.

Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Develop and enhance RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, enhancements, and workflows. Create and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, and HANA-based data models, employing code pushdown and HANA capabilities for peak performance. Develop OData services and provide support for SAP Fiori integrations. Implement enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and other enhancement techniques. Design and develop various forms including Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts. Support seamless integration with core SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM. Conduct thorough technical analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system efficiency. Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams throughout implementation and support cycles. Adhere strictly to SAP development standards, documentation guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
