This senior engineering role requires extensive hands-on and leadership experience in a dynamic, multi-cultural, and multi-vendor environment. You will build effective working relationships across diverse, multi-discipline teams spanning multiple countries. A significant part of your role will involve managing and enhancing network and security technologies, including Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox, and VPN solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to ITIL, SLA, and KPI frameworks. Experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles, focusing on eliminating toil through automation like GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, is highly beneficial. Strong business stakeholder and third-party management skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a matrix-structured organization with evolving requirements and accelerated timelines.

Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing network and security technologies operations. - Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and scripted automation. - Applying SRE concepts to improve system reliability. - Managing relationships with business stakeholders and third-party vendors. - Leading teams in a fast-paced, evolving project environment. - Utilizing strong data, metrics, and analysis skills to drive improvements.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and leadership in multi-cultural, multi-vendor settings. Essential technical expertise includes Network & Security Technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco/Azure Networking/Infoblox), DNS/DHCP/SMTP/SNMP/NTP, Firewalls & IDS/IPS, Network Security, and ITIL/SLA/KPI frameworks. A proven ability to build strong working relationships across international teams is critical.

Additionally, candidates should possess: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Technologies, Cisco, Azure Networking services, Infoblox, and VPN. - Experience managing third parties and strong business stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in working within a matrix management structure. - Excellent organizational, planning, and cross-functional team management abilities. - Experience managing resources in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements. - Strong skills in data analysis and metrics interpretation.

Desirable skills include experience with ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards, implementing/using GitOps (CI/CD, Git Repositories, scripted automation), and Site Reliability Engineering concepts focused on removing toil. Experience with Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, Change/Transformation Management, and Service Cost Management is also advantageous.
