As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping our connectivity offerings. This involves defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans for technology services, with a clear focus on business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. You will manage product backlogs, prioritize competing demands, and oversee service improvement initiatives and technology modernization programs.
Your role will encompass translating business requirements into tangible product capabilities, balancing customer needs, risk, cost, and technical considerations. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and investment priorities. Effective stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills are crucial for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Management, or Network Engineering, ideally within a large-scale enterprise or global technology setting. A strong command of enterprise networking technologies is essential, including DNS, SD-WAN, VPN, network security, cloud networking, and connectivity architectures.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations, is vital. You should possess a deep understanding of service lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and performance measurement within an IT service context. Familiarity with cloud networking concepts like Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, identity-aware access controls, and network automation technologies is also required. A solid grasp of Agile, Product Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies is a must. Awareness of emerging networking, security, cloud, and connectivity technologies is highly desirable.
