Lead and manage network and security operations within a multi-cultural, multi-vendor, and multi-discipline team environment. Build and maintain effective working relationships across international teams. Oversee and ensure adherence to ITIL, SLA, and KPI standards.
Implement and manage advanced network and security technologies, including Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox, and VPN solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, performance management, and change/transformation management processes. Manage third-party vendors and resources effectively within a fast-moving matrix organization.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on and leadership experience in networking and security, preferably in a global, multi-vendor setting. Demonstrated expertise in network and security technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Azure Networking, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs is essential.
Strong business stakeholder management skills are a must. Experience with ITIL, SLA, and KPI management is mandatory. Excellent organizational, planning, cross-functional team management, and data/metrics analysis skills are expected. Experience managing resources in dynamic environments with evolving requirements and tight deadlines is crucial.
