This role focuses on Industrial Operations Engineering, acting as a key contributor in complex environments. You will proactively understand and anticipate client needs, manage costs and profitability for your work area, and develop project plans. Configure, administer, and support physical security systems, including video surveillance and access control. Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security management solutions like Milestone, LenelS2, or DMP. Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure uninterrupted security operations. Manage patching, upgrades, and configuration across security systems and infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve issues related to IP-based security systems and integrated applications. Handle escalations and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for timely resolution. Support system integration between security platforms, network infrastructure, and third-party applications. Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and knowledge articles. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires 4–12 years of experience in Configuration Support Engineering.
Mandatory skills include hands-on experience with physical security systems such as Milestone, LenelS2, DMP, or similar PSIM/Access Control systems. You must have experience supporting Video Surveillance Systems (VMS) and IP-Based Security Solutions.
A strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with system integration between security platforms and enterprise systems is essential. Proficiency in monitoring, patch management, configuration management, incident/escalation management, vendor coordination, and technical documentation is also required.
