Join NTT DATA and contribute to a dynamic team as a Configuration Sr Analyst. This role is integral to our India EPM delivery team, focusing on advanced application packaging and deployment for global enterprise clients. You will be a key technical expert, responsible for L2/L3 packaging requests, ensuring high quality standards, and driving improvements in our packaging platforms and tools.

Handle complex application repackaging, including multi-component installers and per-user/per-machine conflicts. Develop MSI packages using WiX or InstallShield and apply Package Support Framework (PSF) fixups for MSIX compatibility. Sequence App-V virtual applications and design Intune Win32 deployment strategies. Develop custom PowerShell scripts for advanced packaging needs. Analyze and resolve application compatibility issues using ACT or PSF, and remediate packaging failures. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain necessary information and assess MSIX packaging suitability. Build SCCM application models, automate batch operations with PowerShell, and integrate packaging workflows with CI/CD pipelines.

We seek candidates with expert-level MSI packaging skills using WiX Toolset, InstallShield, and AdminStudio. Proficiency in MSIX packaging, including Package Support Framework and MSIX Packaging Tool, is essential. Experience with App-V sequencing and advanced Intune Win32/SCCM deployment strategies is required. Strong advanced PowerShell scripting abilities for automation and detection scripts are necessary. A deep understanding of application compatibility, Windows internals, and robust log analysis/troubleshooting skills are critical. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT/CS) or MCA from a recognized Indian university is preferred, though equivalent senior enterprise packaging experience will be considered.
