NTT DATA is seeking an exceptional Configuration Specialist Advisor to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This senior role is pivotal to our Enterprise Endpoint Management (EPM) practice, focusing on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.

As a Grade 11 Specialist Advisor, you will be the foremost technical authority for these platforms across enterprise client accounts. Simultaneously, you will lead and mentor a delivery team, fostering their growth and capability development. This position demands profound hands-on expertise coupled with strategic advisory skills to craft scalable and commercially viable endpoint solutions.

At this level, you are expected to work with autonomy, influence senior client stakeholders, and actively contribute to the EPM practice's expansion through pre-sales, solution design, and service offering innovation.

Provide definitive technical leadership for MECM/SCCM CB design, architecture, and governance. Lead greenfield deployments, upgrade programs, and site hierarchy redesigns. Architect and govern Software Update, Application Management, OS Deployment (OSD), and Endpoint Protection workloads at scale. Define patch compliance frameworks and lead complex OSD engineering for Windows 11 migrations. Govern SCCM boundary, boundary group, and content distribution architecture. Act as the escalation authority for critical SCCM incidents, driving root cause analysis. Lead SCCM-to-Intune co-management or full migration engagements. Review and approve significant SCCM change requests.

Lead Modern Endpoint Management (MEM) architecture across Microsoft Intune for diverse device fleets. Design and govern Autopilot deployment profiles, enrollment policies, and ESP for zero-touch provisioning. Architect compliance policy frameworks, Conditional Access integration, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security. Own RBAC model design and governance. Lead configuration profile, update ring, and feature update policy design. Govern Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies for various device scenarios. Provide guidance on Windows Autopatch adoption and assess client readiness. Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap changes and translate impacts into client advisories.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-grade delivery team. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance conversations, and technical coaching. Define individual development plans aligned with practice skill requirements. Drive quality assurance across team deliverables through peer reviews. Allocate team capacity across client accounts and workstreams. Manage internal team escalations, providing technical guidance and intervention. Lead team stand-ups, sprint reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Identify skill gaps and drive hiring, onboarding, and knowledge transfer programmes. Act as a lead for team wellbeing, engagement, and retention.

Engage directly with client CIOs, IT Directors, and Senior Architects as a trusted endpoint management advisor. Lead client workshops, roadmap sessions, and quarterly service reviews. Produce and present technical position papers, gap analyses, and strategic roadmaps. Represent NTT DATA EPM capabilities in pre-sales activities, including solution design and SOW inputs. Conduct technology health assessments and maturity benchmarking. Influence client decisions on platform investments. Define and maintain endpoint management standards, SOPs, and runbooks. Drive audit readiness activities and compliance reporting. Contribute to EPM practice thought leadership. Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and develop advisory positions. Support regulatory and compliance alignment.

Lead PowerShell automation development for SCCM administration, Intune Graph API workflows, and endpoint lifecycle operations. Govern the team's automation library. Design and deliver Microsoft Graph API automation for Intune bulk operations. Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve team efficiency.
