This position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires supporting global clients within IST shift windows.

Execute endpoint management tasks, including software deployment, patch operations, and device compliance using SCCM and Intune.

Manage L1/L2 incidents, contribute to operational enhancements, and build deep expertise in SCCM and Intune platforms.

Key responsibilities involve creating and managing SCCM applications, deploying Win32 apps and MSI packages via Intune, and troubleshooting deployment failures.

Furthermore, you will manage patch deployment operations, device enrollment, compliance policies, and handle endpoint incidents and service requests within SLA timeframes.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or IT) or an MCA from a recognized Indian university is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr for application deployment, patch management, and console operations is essential.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployment, is crucial.

Familiarity with Windows 10/11 endpoint configuration, Azure Active Directory, and basic PowerShell scripting for automation is expected.
