NTT DATA is seeking a senior-level Application Packaging Specialist to join our India EPM practice. This role is crucial for leading complex packaging programs, establishing standards for tools and automation, and acting as a subject matter expert for enterprise application packaging across global client accounts.

As a key technical anchor for the India packaging team, you will support SCCM/Intune-based packaging operations for clients in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This is an opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in application deployment.

Lead large-scale enterprise application packaging programs, defining methodologies and timelines for over 500 application packages. Architect the packaging platform, including tool configuration, templates, repository structure, and quality gates. Define and govern the packaging factory model, managing intake, assessment, packaging, testing, and deployment. Evaluate and recommend packaging tools such as AdminStudio, Advanced Installer, MSIX Packaging Tool, App-V, and PSF. Spearhead MSIX migration programs, assessing portfolios and overseeing bulk conversion strategies. Handle complex packaging scenarios, including multi-instance applications and kernel-mode drivers. Develop custom MSI packages and PSF-based MSIX fixup frameworks. Build automation frameworks using PowerShell and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines. Integrate packaging workflows with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow. Mentor junior packaging engineers and define quality standards for the team. Engage with clients to define packaging strategies and present program status and metrics.

Expert-level proficiency in enterprise application packaging formats including MSI, MSIX, App-V, and .intunewin. Advanced experience with WiX Toolset for custom MSI authoring, UI customization, and merge modules. Proven expertise in MSIX and PSF for large-scale portfolio migration and compatibility remediation. Extensive use of AdminStudio/Flexera, including repackager, editor, AAC, and tuner modules. Strong skills in Intune and SCCM deployment engineering, including Graph API automation and CI/CD integration. Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, packaging factory pipelines, and SDK integration. Experience designing and implementing CI/CD packaging pipelines using Azure DevOps. Deep understanding of application compatibility analysis using ACT, PSF, shims, and Windows 10/11 compatibility. Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) or equivalent preferred. Experience with Liquidware ProfileUnity, FSLogix, or user environment management is a plus.
