NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Configuration Senior Analyst specializing in Master Data Management (MDM). This position focuses on hands-on operational support for MDM and Endpoint services. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting mobile devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools. You will handle L1/L2/L3 support, troubleshoot device and application issues, and manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL processes. The role also involves supporting endpoint deployments, upgrades, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management, along with automation and documentation tasks.

We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobility support. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager and Airwatch, along with experience in Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS. Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge and an understanding of ITIL processes are also required. Strong communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
