Assist with SCCM software and patch deployments, and manage client collections.

Support Intune device enrollment, including Windows Autopilot, and troubleshoot enrollment issues.

Maintain Intune configurations, compliance policies, and application deployments.

Perform SCCM client health checks and assist with remediation.

Aid in OS deployment task sequences and WinPE environment setup.

Monitor endpoint activities using SCCM and Intune within defined shift hours.

Assist with patch deployment operations, monitor compliance, and support maintenance windows.

Handle L1 endpoint management service requests and incidents within SLA.

Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge bases.

Participate in daily stand-ups and team knowledge-sharing sessions.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of Microsoft SCCM concepts and console navigation.

Possess familiarity with the Microsoft Intune portal and Endpoint Manager Admin Center.

Have fundamental knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop support and Active Directory basics.

Showcase basic PowerShell scripting ability or a strong willingness to learn.

Understand ITSM ticket management and SLA-based delivery operations.

Exhibit good written and verbal English communication skills for effective global client interaction.
