This role is integral to our India EPM Delivery Centre, focusing on SCCM/Intune expertise. You will drive complex projects, lead technical teams, design enterprise endpoint solutions, and serve as a key client-facing technical expert for Endpoint Management (EPM) workstreams originating from India. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining NTT DATA's EPM service quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and advancing our practice capabilities for global accounts across the US, Europe, and APAC.

As a Technical Lead, you will spearhead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune solutions for global clients. This includes architecting co-management strategies, Autopilot provisioning, and Modern Management roadmaps.

You will own the technical direction for SCCM-to-Intune migration projects, managing workload transitions, timelines, and risk mitigation. You'll also define EPM platform standards, governance, and configuration baselines, while evaluating new Microsoft Endpoint Manager capabilities for technical roadmap recommendations.

Your responsibilities extend to owning enterprise-level patch management programs, governing policies, SLAs, and compliance reporting for vast endpoint fleets. You will design and manage Intune Expedite policies, WUfB rings, and SCCM ADR-based patching. Leading vulnerability remediation by integrating Qualys/Tenable findings into patch deployment cycles is also key.

Furthermore, you will lead advanced OS deployment initiatives, including Windows 11 migrations and Windows Autopilot + Intune Zero Touch Provisioning frameworks. Owning OSD platform operations, architecting golden image build pipelines, and defining device lifecycle management policies are crucial.

Automation and integration will be a focus, architecting PowerShell frameworks and leading Microsoft Graph API integrations for Intune operations. Developing SCCM SQL/Power BI reporting solutions and overseeing integration with security tooling are also important aspects of this role.

In client engagement, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact, leading governance calls and resolution of escalations. Driving SLA attainment, delivery quality, and contributing to SOW development and technical proposals are expected. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with NTT DATA India practice leadership.

We are seeking expertise in Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, including site architecture, OSD, patch management, and reporting. A deep understanding of Microsoft Intune across its full MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, and Conditional Access is essential.

Proficiency in Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment, encompassing task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) Autopilot is required. Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, focusing on identity-driven EPM, Conditional Access, MFA, device trust, and RBAC is necessary.

Advanced PowerShell automation skills, including SCCM SDK, Graph API, reporting pipelines, and operational tooling, are critical. Familiarity with SQL Server and Power BI for SCCM database reporting, compliance dashboards, and management-level visualizations is expected.

Experience with vulnerability management, specifically integrating Qualys/Tenable with patch management, is important. You must also demonstrate strong client-facing delivery governance skills, including SLA management, delivery reviews, and escalation ownership from India.

Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or Azure Solutions Architect/Security Engineer certifications. Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Analytics, prior India-based delivery leadership for large global accounts, and familiarity with ISO 27001 are advantageous.
