NTT DATA seeks a skilled Configuration MDM & Endpoint-MDM Intune Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for innovative and passionate individuals looking to advance their careers within an inclusive and forward-thinking organization.

As a Grade 7 MDM Intune specialist, you will focus on managing iOS and Android mobile devices. The position requires substantial hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, addressing mobile device management challenges, and providing customer-facing L2 support.

Provide expert L2 support for mobile device management using tools like Microsoft Intune, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, and Micro Focus ZENworks. Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues across iOS and Android platforms, including application support.

Manage end-user mobility MDM services, including adding/deleting users, performing remote device actions (wipe, password reset), and handling device enrollment. Support MDM and MAM functionalities, such as device whitelisting/blacklisting and pushing configuration profiles.

Perform various mobility MDM tasks to ensure smooth device operations and user support.

Possess 6–10 years of IT experience with a strong background in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management for iOS/Android. A minimum of 2–4 years of direct experience in an MDM L2 support team is essential.

Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting mobile device platforms and applications. Experience with user management in EMM consoles and performing remote device management actions is required.

Familiarity with MDM/MAM administration, including managing device configurations and policies, is necessary for this role.
