NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Configuration MDM & Endpoint-MDM Intune specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial for managing and supporting mobile device environments, focusing on Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

This role involves providing expert L2 support for mobile device management (MDM) solutions, primarily Microsoft Intune, with experience in AirWatch/Workspace ONE or Micro Focus ZENworks being highly valuable. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex mobile device issues across iOS and Android platforms, including managing device enrollment, configurations, and application deployment.

Key duties include performing remote device management actions such as device wipe, enterprise wipe, and password resets. You will also manage MDM and MAM (Mobile Application Management) functionalities, including whitelisting/blacklisting devices and pushing configuration profiles through the EMM console. Providing end-user support for mobility MDM scenarios is also a core part of this position.

The ideal candidate possesses 6–10 years of IT experience with a strong, hands-on understanding of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management for iOS and Android. A minimum of 2–4 years of dedicated experience within an MDM L2 support team is required.

Proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of mobile applications on both iOS and Android devices is essential. Experience with end-user support for device enrollment, password management, email issues, and DEP enrollment is also necessary. Familiarity with MDM and MAM administration, including device whitelisting/blacklisting and configuration profile deployment via EMM portals, is expected.
