Join NTT DATA's Enterprise Endpoint Management (EPM) Delivery Centre in Hyderabad as a Junior SCCM/Intune Engineer. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational EPM skills while supporting global enterprise clients. You'll work under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining exposure to international delivery processes and contributing to the management of Windows endpoints using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

Key responsibilities include assisting senior engineers with SCCM software and patch deployments, managing Intune device enrollment via Windows Autopilot, and troubleshooting. You will help maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments within Intune. Additionally, you'll perform basic SCCM client health checks, support OS deployment (OSD) task sequences, and monitor endpoints using SCCM and Intune consoles within defined shift hours.

You'll also support patch management operations, including creating software update groups and monitoring compliance reports. This role involves handling L1 endpoint management service requests and incidents, documenting operational procedures, and participating in team knowledge-sharing sessions. Escalating complex issues with proper documentation is also a crucial part of this role.

We are looking for candidates with a basic understanding of Microsoft SCCM concepts and console navigation, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Intune portal. Essential skills include Windows 10/11 desktop support fundamentals and a grasp of Active Directory basics. Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge or a strong willingness to learn is required. Familiarity with ITSM ticket management and SLA-based delivery operations is also important.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for effective global client interaction. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) certification or pursuit thereof, exposure to enterprise helpdesk environments, and familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 concepts.
