NTT DATA is seeking a Configuration Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team. You will contribute to a client focused on delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. Your role is crucial in managing provider pricing configuration, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our client's health solutions and member satisfaction.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in US healthcare claims and a keen eye for detail in system configuration and testing. You will be instrumental in enhancing client productivity and maintaining a competitive edge in the healthcare market.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring the client's pricing system according to defined business rules for a new claims processing platform. This includes evaluating configuration requirements, developing configuration approaches, and implementing advanced functionalities based on best practices.

You will also participate in resolving system and operational issues related to health plan benefits, provider data, pricing, and reporting. Support includes updating configuration within the core claims processing system, specifically focusing on provider pricing, and managing fee schedule changes. Additionally, you will create test cases for UAT, resolve coding/QA issues, and conduct data validation and audits of existing plans and contracts.

A minimum of 5 years of overall experience within US healthcare Claims Payer environments is required. Specifically, you should have 6+ years of experience in configuring client systems for pricing (provider contracts) and 2+ years in UAT testing.

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. An Associate's degree, technical college coursework, or some college credits are preferred. Experience with SQL for query writing (2+ years) and exposure to VB/VB.NET are considered advantageous. The role requires availability Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm EST, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work as per business needs.
