Join NTT DATA Services as a Configuration Analysis Specialist and contribute to a leading healthcare client's success. This role is key to managing provider pricing configurations, ensuring seamless operation of their health solutions. You will be instrumental in enhancing productivity, turnaround time, and quality within the configuration domain, ultimately boosting client satisfaction.

Configure client systems for pricing, adhering to business rules and requirements for a new claims processing platform. Evaluate configuration needs, develop approaches, and integrate advanced functionalities. Develop and implement rules based on gathered business requirements. Troubleshoot issues related to health plan benefits, providers, pricing, reporting, and systems. Support production issue resolution and update configurations within the core claims processing system, focusing on Provider Pricing. Manage fee schedule changes, including terms, affiliations, and contract maintenance. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement necessary modifications. Create test cases from requirement documents and resolve coding/QA issues by managing issue logs and high-priority change requests. Conduct data validation and audits of existing plans and contracts, along with database management and maintenance.

This position requires over 5 years of experience in US healthcare claims payer environments. A minimum of 6 years is needed in system configuration for provider contracts and UAT testing, with at least 2 years specifically in these areas. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with an Associate's degree, technical college coursework, or some college studies being preferred. The ability to thrive in a project-oriented environment is essential. Proficiency in SQL for query writing and exposure to VB/VB.NET are considered advantageous. Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm EST is required, with potential adjustments based on client needs, including overtime and weekend work.
